Location of Service Apartment:
Work Hours:
16 hours per week, 2 shifts(days) per week,
We request to finish all rooms as work quota per shift. numbers of cleaning room varies time to time.
Required time to cleaning 1 room : 30mins-45mins/room
Work Description:
Room and public area cleaning,
Laundry(dirty rags, towels)
Mainly working hours AM9:00~PM16:00 or AM 10:00~17:00
Usually finish under 8 hours, depends on numbers of rooms and check-in guests.
Folding/Refill linen, sheets in the evening.
Workawayer will able to use :
1.Free accommodation (Gender-mix dormitory bed with other workawayers), include utilities fee.
2.Free to use all facilities (Shower room, living room, Kitchen, refrigerator, Microwave).
3.Free to use bicycles(deposit ¥1,000)(depends on availability), Free WiFi, Wash machine.(No Dryers)
4.Free to use amenities or daily necessaries provided by sharehouse: Body wash, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, Kitchen necessaries(oil, salt, peppers, sugar, soy sauce)
5.Free white rice and noodles.
Length of Workaway :
at least 3 weeks+
Cleaning Allowance Program (For Working holiday Visa)
Extra shift Cleaning Allowance: ¥400 per room
